For much of my life, I have been drawn to helping others. This led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work. For over a decade, I have dedicated my career to primarily providing services to marginalized groups, such as BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to direct my focus on mental health and began providing psychotherapy services. I believe in order for therapy to be effective, it is important to incorporate the entire being within the therapeutic room. It is this reason that I utilize a holistic approach to assist with healing the mind, body, and spirit.
